Excellent income potential

What Scratch? Franchisees enjoy low operating costs, fixed service and marketing fees. The more you earn, the more you keep.

Depending on how hard you want to work, the potential to earn an above average income is realistic from the completion of training. As you develop speed and proficiency, your earning capabilities will increase.

Customers

Every What Scratch? territory is sold with commercial car dealership customers in place. You will have work to go to as soon as you have finished training.

Large Territory

Your territory will be based around a number of car dealerships (where we get most of our work). If you want to grow your business, you have that opportunity.

A data-base of all dealerships within your territory will be provided.

As well as dealerships, your territory will be comprised of private dwellings and other commercial customers. There is huge potential in private work – everyone has a scratch or some sort of damaged paintwork that annoys them!

Training

The What Scratch? training system has been developed and implemented by Matt Burke. Matt has a background as an award winning spraypainter and has been working on automotive paintwork for over 27 years. All What Scratch? technicians have four weeks of extensive training combining this knowledge with the SSR process, to ensure that the end consumer receives the highest quality repair.

You will be trained on your own customers, not someone else’s, or at a head office interstate. All jobs completed in the second two weeks of training are invoiced to you. ie you will be earning income whilst training.

Our system is not difficult to learn and anyone can do it. No background experience is necessary.

Support

Accounts are done by the Franchisor and payment is paid directly to the Franchisee at the end of the month, allowing you to focus on your customers, not your bookwork.

Technical support is only a phone call away should you have difficulty with a repair or need advice.

Should you wish to grow your business, the Franchisor will work with you to call on new customers.

Holiday relief is co-ordinated by the Franchisor.

The What Scratch? kit, uniforms, stationery, vehicle signage and racking is all inclusive of the franchise cost. You will have everything you need to start work in your kit.
