To provide the highest quality auto scratch repair, with exceptional service, at a fair price.
Our Story
With an award winning background in spraypainting, the Franchisor decided to leave the panel and paint industry in 2002 to start their own business repairing chips and scratches. Having had over 25 years experience with automotive paintwork, a system was developed to repair minor duco damage without the car having to be resprayed.
Many large, successful car dealerships liked what they saw and realised the savings and convenience of on-site scratch repairs. The business quickly grew and flourished.
In 2008, with high customer demand, the system well proven and having secured the exclusive distribution rights for a US made Sprayless Scratch Repair (SSR) system, the decision was made to franchise the business as What Scratch? Pty Ltd.
Our Goal
It is our goal to have a professionally trained What Scratch? technician available in all metropolitan and major regional centres throughout Australia and New Zealand providing superior car paint repair services.
It is important to us to not only grow our business, but to be responsible corporate citizens in the process. For this reason we have decided to make our company as environmentally friendly as possible and to give 2% of the gross sale price of each Franchised territory to someone in need.
Our People
What Scratch? employs a number of well qualified, experienced staff to support its franchisees and customers. What Scratch? Field Support Technicians are available on the telephone to answer franchisee queries, provide ongoing training tips and even assist franchisees with difficult jobs in person. The What Scratch? Support Centre Staff handle all franchisee accounts paperwork on their behalf, dispatach stock and co-ordinate marketing.
